Brok Kellogg - Executive Chef & Director of Culinary
Over the years Brok has developed a great passion for the service industry and what it allows you to achieve as an artist and businessman. he specializes in contemporary American fare and enjoys celebrating the local bounty by sourcing products both seasonally and regionally. Brok loves to share his passion with others to create a community of forward thinking, food and drink loving people. Brok is dedicated to the craft of cooking with integrity, and developing his team into future chefs! 🤘
Joseph Veltre - General Manager
Joe’s passion for hospitality was grown at a young age. raised in rural Pennsylvania, Joe was taught hard work and dedication from his father. Joe graduated from Pennstate university, and then made his was down to Hilton head island nc. where he held the position of assitant general manager. Joe is responsible for the creation of our cocktail and wine program, in addition to developing our service standards. Joe loves to quote cheesy movies, and is super stoked when someone calls him a “mixologist” 😂
